What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU for stocked products. For fully custom designs with new tooling, MOQ is typically 3,000-5,000 units. We do accommodate smaller trial runs for established partners.
How long does a custom project take from brief to delivery?
Typical timeline is 4-6 months for a fully custom bottle with new tooling: 30 days for design and 3D rendering, 30 days for tooling production, 30-45 days for sample iteration, 30-45 days for mass production. Stock designs with customization can move in 6-10 weeks.
Do you ship samples internationally?
Yes. We ship counter-samples worldwide via DHL or FedEx, typically arriving within 3-5 business days. Sample cost varies by product but is generally $50-200 per design, refundable against production orders.
Can you match a specific Pantone color?
Yes. We match Pantone colors as part of our standard color spraying service. For custom colors on new tooling, we provide pre-production samples for color approval before mass production begins.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
For engraving: vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF). For silk-screen printing: vector or high-resolution raster (300 DPI minimum). For hot stamping: vector with specified Pantone metallic color reference. Our design team can work from sketches, photos, or counter-samples if you don’t have digital files.
Do you handle the filling and assembly too?
We focus on packaging production only — bottles, caps, boxes, and decoration. We partner with several filling and assembly houses that we can introduce you to, or we can ship to your existing filling partner.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms for new customers are 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For established customers, we offer net-30 terms after the first successful order. We accept T/T (wire transfer) and L/C (letter of credit).
Can you sign an NDA before we share our design?
Absolutely. We sign NDAs as standard practice. Send us your standard NDA or request ours, and we’ll counter-sign before any design discussion begins.
